Add ability to process event registrations for additional guests entered on BBIS Online Form even when the registrant is already registered for the event.
If someone has already registered for an event and comes back to the online form to add a new guest, there is no way to add this guest to an existing registration from within batch. It will always except out, which requires manual processing for the registration and the revenue.
