Make drop-down boxes automatically resize to accommodate largest list item

We have a lot of long names (sites, awards, attributes) and the drop down box is far too small to accommodate them so you have to hover over the name and wait to make sure you have selected the correct one. If the drop down box could be made larger or automatically resize to accommodate the widest one it would be far more productive and user friendly.

    This is also an issues with in Batch when updating education information!  Would be very useful to see the all of the options in the drop-down menu without hovering.

    Yes, please! I know this is a problem for VSE categories when adding them to a Designation Record. The VSE categories are so long that you can't actually see what is displayed in the box without hovering over them.
