Add functionality to delete prospect plans in bulk

My organization would like to delete prospect plans in bulk. This would be a valuable additional to CRM as either a global change or as an option within the Manage prospects and plans in bulk task.

    Similarly, it would be very useful to be able to mark plans as Historical en masse (in bulk)
