Like all organizations that use CRM, our users have passwords they need to be changed every so often. When logging into the application a week or so before the password expires, users will be reminded of this. However, our Fundraisers rarely log into CRM and thus have their passwords expire unexpectedly and find out only by being unable to log into Fundraiser on the Go. Accordingly, we think CRM should have an email alert to remind users that their password is about to expire as our Fundraisers always check that.
