BBIS and CRM both have timezone configurations. BBIS is storing all transaction dates in UTC Time. CRM does not.
When transactions are downloaded form BBIS, some transactions get the wrong gift date. For example, if our server is in Eastern daylight time and a gift is made at 10pm, the gift goes into BBIS with a transaction date of the following day at 2pm.
The actual time of the gift is lost in the download process, so when we download batches at midnight, any transactions made after 8pm have a different date on them than transactions made before 8pm.
Since CRM is storing everything in local time, the download process should do that conversion.
