In SP12, there were ledger enhancements for pledge payments, that allowed the user to map payments with application type of committed pledge and uncommitted pledge in GL set-up. This same logic should be extended to gift fees. This will allow the user to have one mapping of gift fees for committed pledges and a separate mapping for gift fees for uncommitted peldges
