Specific constituent tiles should not appear if the constituent does not have that information. For instance, if the constituent is not a prospect, the prospect tile should not be visible. This type of functionality was in 3.0. If a constituent was not a prospect, the view as a prospect link was not visible. Extend this request to all tiles that make sense to have this functionality.
