Allow search function in Administration\Code Tables

It can be difficult to find a code table.  Please add a search function as in Global Change and various other parts of the system.

    This would be extraordinarily helpful. All that the code tables area needs is a new filter, based on the Display Name field.

    We simulated this by creating a new custom tab, and then a task pointing to it, that pulls all of the exact same results as the code tables page, but has a filter added for display name. While that is very helpful, it would be much better if this functionality were added to the CRM base product.

    Please see the attached .pdf for a quick document that shows the steps to re-create this.

    It really would be a very quick fix to make.
