Update the Revenue History tab to more clearly identify write off amounts.

It's useful to know that those who have previously pledged and have withdrawn their pledges. Even though it has been written off the pledge looks like it is still live. The pledge has been edited to £0.00 but this doesn't reflect on the Revenue History.
