change Address Processing Options to allow more than two levels of hierarchy for selecting addresses

If someone overpays a pledge payment, it is more likely that we would want to apply the overpayment of the last installment, rather than the next installment.

    Hopefully this is just a one-off thing.  We don't see a merged idea with this one.  Would you mind providing the correct detail again?
