Add the ability to link an opportunity directly to a planned gift record (not the payments).

In CRM 4.0 SP10 a feature was added that allows payments on a planned gift to be linked to opportunities. For tracking purposes, it would be helpful to be able to link opportunities to the planned gift record itself as payments may not be realized for some time on planned gifts.

    This is key --- as we focus on soliciting future bequests we need to be able to connect the planned gift record to the opportunity the prospect manager used to manage the solicitation process.
