BBIS Revenue batches - prevent constituent matching algorithm from matching against deceased constituents

In BBEC, when processing Online Giving Revenue Batches which have been downloaded from BBIS, the CRM/BBIS matching algorithm will match against deceased/inactive as well as live records. Preferably deceased records should be omitted, because it is not possible for a deceased Constituent to make a new donation. Alternatively, if the deceased records continue to be included, there should be a flag to indicate that the record is deceased, so the user can investigate.

    In CRM> Web Transactions>Configure integration, the Auto-match tab has the option to exclude deceased constituents from the process.

    This is a similar problem with LO Sync.
