Allow the importation/addition of name formats to constituent records in bulk

Currently, using out of box functionality, it is not possible to import name formats to constituent records. Manually adding individualized named formats to records requires a good amount of time so our organization would like the ability to import name formats and we think other organizations would like the same.

    I really cannot believe this is not an out of box function. If you want us to use the out of box name formats, you need to give us a way to do it!
