Add start and end time fields to the Steps of a Funding Request

Currently, it is not possible to add start and end times to the Steps of a Funding Request. Since this behaves much like other Interactions, it would be helpful if start and end times could be added to the Steps thus facilitating potential integration with the Outlook calendar. This would bridge a gap for organizations that use the Foundations functionality of CRM.
