The value in the Communications column for every record on the Communication tab reads "Appeal Mailing." If Appeal Mailing is linked, it's for a Marketing Effort; if not linked, the record is from a BBIS-generated email.

Ideally, the value would be different to further differentiate the sources:

• CRM/Marketing Effort emails would say “Appeal Email”
• BBIS emails to say “General Information Email”
