Allow adding/modifying a custom BBDW table via SDK

To add or modify a custom table in BBDW you need to use a Revision and the BBDW deploy utility. It would be much easier and more consistent if we could use a regular SDK TableSpec, e.g., with a MartKey attribute, as with other specs.
