Allow ability to set default for attribute categories Data Type Yes/No

Example, when using Yes/No attribute data type, it defaults to NO in CRM. We can't change the default to YES which creates the manual step to change it to YES.

    We keep getting requests for this. I'm surprised that this idea doesn't have more activity/votes. If we can't get the ability to set the default, couldn't the order on the values just be changed?
