Include fields for Start and End | Ideas for Blackbaud CRM and BBIS

Include fields for Start and End Dates in a Constituent Update Batch.

Using a Constituent Update batch you have the option to add Employee / Employer relationships but it does not include a field for you to add the start and end dates of that relationship. This would be a nice feature to have in a future release.
