Add 'Date opened' field to Community Emails Received node in Ad-hoc Query

This date is visible when we look at an individual record on the Constituent record / Communications tab.  E.g., when we expand a particular communication it says 'Opened: Yes - 18/08/2018'.  It would be useful to be able to query on this date.
