Add Batch Number field to Constituent in Ad-hoc Query Merged

When tracking down how a Constituent got into the system for troubleshooting purposes, it would be very handy to have a Batch Number field on a Constituent (as there already is for Revenue records).  We may as well also have Batch Description as that is also very useful in classifying what type of batch it was.

    Agreed, right now we can find out the date it was created and then we have to basically search through every single batch that was done that day to try to locate who created the record and why.
