The Prospect Assignment Process removes the Owner setting of Steps and Interactions when we choose the 'Remove prospect assignments' option and reassigns them when we choose the 'Reassign prospect assignments' option.  However, there is no analagous option to assign Steps and Interactions when we choose the 'Create new prospect assignments' option.  This means that if a Fundraiser leaves and we 'Remove' their assignments, there is no easy way to assign those Steps and Interactions to a new Fundraiser when they start later.  Please at least add an option to assign Steps on Plans which are being assigned (where the new Fundraiser is becoming the Primary Manager) and there is no current Owner on the Step. 

As a lower priority, but still useful to completely solve the problem, please consider a separate option to assign Steps and Interactions from a Step/Interaction Selection.
