Sticky search is great... until it isn't. I would like to see a few things:

• Allow the user to turn it off as an option on their profile.
• In areas where Constituent Search is used, there are times when the context of the search should override the user's previous search. For example, if I have just searched for an org, then I want to add a member to a committee, the search for the member is set to orgs only. We will never add an org to a committee, so I have to change my search settings, when it would be nice to have the system know I need individuals only in my search. I see the stickiness tripping me up in searches in query, as well. The search should be more contextual that keep my previous search settings. This could be configurable too, since other institutions may use searches differently.
