Global Change - Include Start Date on ALL 'Add Attribute' options, especially 'Add Revenue Attribute'

In response to a previous idea (Global Change - add attributes), a new feature was introduced in SP19 to include a start date on the 'Add Constituent Attribute' global change. However, the new functionality is not available on the 'Add Revenue Attribute' global change making it inconsistent. Please consider adding start dates to all 'Add Attribute' global changes.
