Increase the brightness for the Constituent Density Map

Currently when using the Constituent Density Map the zero density overlay is very dark. If possible we would like to increase the brightness to be more user friendly.

    The color key for this makes it impossible to actually use it for graphics. The map should have not color assignment for zero and should heat gradient to the highest density for the most constituent population. This tool is essential unusable as it stands.
