Currently there is not a way to remove individual Blackbaud originated Model Scores and Ratings from a prospect record.  The only option is to remove all values for a Blackbaud originated Score from all prospects. Custom added scores can be removed on a per record basis and would be helpful to expand this to the Blackbaud originated as well.
