The LOSync/LO Connector customization shows emails sent from LO on the Constituent record on an Email Interactions subtab under Communications tab. The list shows the LO Constituent ID and other info. We ask that the LO email associated with the LO Constituent ID be added to that list so CRM users without access to LO can understand which of the mulitple email addresses on a constituent record in CRM were sent the email. Also, adding the email message ID would allow our CRM users to view the email by adding the ID in a URL so they could understand what their donors and prospects have received. Right now our email team has to field these requests from our CRM users...adding these two fields to the list would allow for more self-service for our CRM users. Thanks!
