Add a field for events to include t-shirt size

We are having a virtual run/walk in light of COVID19 limiting direct contact with donors. We have to contact each participant for their tshirt size instead of the form automatically collecting the information.

    The BBIS Event Registration Form part allows collection of Registration Preferences such as T-Shirt size or meal type. Ensure the preference is on the CRM event and then select its inclusion on the Event registration form editor. Registrants will be able to choose their requirement at time of registration.
