Manage Correspondence: add column filters to both "Correspondence List" and "Correspondence Codes" tabs

For the Manage Correspondence screen: add column filters to both "Correspondence List" and "Correspondence Codes" tabs, just like you have for Information Library. We have enough correspondence processes and codes to make such filtering very helpful.
