Move the Help button on the top right of the user interface

Most of the time the Help button, on the top right of the screen, covers up the 'more' double arrow to view other tabs.

Its Just Really Annoying!!

    Please check the resolution for the monitor you are using and use Windows recommended settings. On Chrome I was unable to duplicate this behaviour, even with my browser zoomed.
