Add a configuration setting to limit the execution time for ad hoc queries/exports

We have users that create large/complicated ad hoc queries that can take hours to run. If we get a few of those running in the system, overall system performance can take a hit. We try to encourage users to schedule large queries/exports after hours but many don't heed our encouragements. It would be nice if the system had a time limit for ad hoc queries (and exports/selections that are based on ad hoc queries) such that they would time out if they did not complete within x minutes. It would be ideal to be able to define a separate timeout for 'business hours' and 'after hours'.

    We provide AdHoc query timeout settings that can be modified within web.config.

    To view a list of documented Web.Config AppSetting keys and their current and default values you can follow these steps:

    1. Select the Utilities page from the CRM start page

    2. Select the Web.config AppSetting documentation from the reference documents heading
