As our data moves into systems outside of CRM such as Tableau reporting environment there is a need to allow users to click on a constituent name or ID and (if they have permissions) be seamlessly taken to the constituent's CRM record. where the 8-... is the constituents look-up ID and PG# can be defined pages / tabs within CRM
