Permit interaction import to Group (Committee) records with participants
We need to be able to import interactions to group/committee records and include one or more participants on those interactions. Within the same import, we anticipate multiple interactions being uploaded to the same committee record with a different participant(s). The summary would be unique, as well for each interaction.

6/7/21 - Our staff person initially was getting an error when trying to do the upload, but realized it wasn't due to the id being for a group/committee. She may have worked through the issues she was encountering to accomplish the upload.
