Naming Opportunity query source view is missing a node for recognition - NOT revenue recognition but naming opportunities recognition. You can add constituents directly to a naming opportunity but you cannot query this out of the system. You have an OOB report but still cannot query this. This gap needs to be addressed to allow us to pull this information.
