This would be useful to stop a process being used, but keep its history and configuration in case we wanted to reactivate or investigate it.

Please also allow us to mark a Revenue Letter as Inactive if it is in use by a Revenue Acknowledgement Process, as long as that process is Inactive. At the moment we are given the error "Data could not be saved.

The same should presumably be true for Tribute processes and letters, although we don't presently use them.
