Per security requirements, Blackbaud is unable to provide non-expiring Blackbaud Hosting Services account password. For this reason, all Blackbaud Hosting Services passwords must be reset every 90 days. It would be convenient for there to be an option for the user to be notified when it is about to expire, so they can avoid suddenly finding out once the processes begin failing.
