Add a comment to the "Edit Recurring Gift status" form so that more detailed info regarding the reason for the change can be recorded. Currently the practice at our organization is to record a separate interaction regarding the reason for the recurring gift status change (changing the status to Held for example). When it comes time to change the status back to Active the Donor Care team has to cross-compare the recurring gift status changes and the donor's interactions to check on the details for why the donor asked for the recurring gift status change.
