Due to the way PDFs (and all attachments) are stored in BBCRM, the files must be downloaded before they can be opened.

It would be useful to make a funtionality change to BBCRM to allow the browsers to recognise that the files can be opened directly (if the browser is configured that way).

This would save regular clear outs of your downloads folder. Also, potentially confidential info would not accidentally be stored in an unsecure location (should the user not notice where the file has been downloaded to).
