Support for user-defined List Builders

List builders have more capabilities that data lists. We would like to be able to create user-defined list builders similarly to how one can currently create user-defined data lists from an ad-hoc query.

    Yes! There are are already 3rd party tools that have been developed that do this. It would be so tremendously helpful to have this built into the product. List Builders are the modern version of datalists and this is the sort of feature that makes Blackbaud CRM a great tool.
