Provide more details that caused the constituent merge. Most will be related to duplicate merges, but we have created a "merge two constituent" process for ad-hoc merges and it would be useful to identify the source merge process/configuration in the CONSTITUENTMERGEOPERATIONS table. Also show these details in the Merged Constituent search form.
