The Refund card on save checkbox appears if the gateway that processed the credit card supports refunds. This checkbox appears when you edit a payment by credit card that has been processed through the Blackbaud Payment Service. By default, in CRM, the checkbox is marked and a refund will be issued. However, it would be preferred by some organizations and users to not have that checkbox automatically defaulted to marked, but instead for it to be unchecked by default.
