When the user adds Contact Reports to steps in Prospect Plans, the interaction also displays on the Interactions tab of the constituent record. There may an occasion where users have access to the Interactions tab on a constituent record, but the organization would prefer those users not be able to see interactions created as a result of a Contact Report (or reports related to fundraising).

Please add a feature that would allow organizations to exclude interactions created using the Contact Report functionality from showing in the Interactions.
