When fundraisers travel or we plan events, we need the ability to generate a list of all constituents who will be in the surrounding area on that date or range of dates. We need to be able to query to see which constituents have a valid address during that time frame, whether it's their primary address, a seasonal address, etc., so that we can reach out to the correct people.
