Add option for recurring imports on default network directory import source

For sFTP server import source is an option for one-time and recurring imports. However, Network Directory is for “once” (or one-time) imports only. It would be useful to have recurring imports also available for Network Directory as well.

    @nicola - see Case # 019063819 - Blackbaud support confirmed this was not possible. Can you provide further guidance on configuration?

    Network Directory is already available for recurring imports. Please ensure that the import has been configured correctly.
