Add SMS as an option for Communication Templates and Direct Marketing Efforts
We send SMS requests for donations and would like to be able to record them as Direct Marketing Efforts, rather than pretending that they're phone calls or emails or mail items, or using an Interaction instead.

Yes! We need this. Communication has become increasingly expansive. We need Actions in our database to evolve, too. We also need "Social Media" and an option because we communicate/receive messages through LinkedIn/Facebook, etc.
