Populate Designation Links for Non-Revenue Purposes in the Fundraising Hierarchy List

Currently links only populate for purposes that directly accept revenue via designation. If a non-revenue purpose is added to the hierarchy, a link is not generated in the designation field. This can make navigating a purpose and designation hierarchy challenging for organizations with a sophisticated purpose and designation structure.
