Constituent Recognition Programs may need to be restricted to specific donors. The existing filters only apply towards revenue records and qualified recognition credits.

It would be helpful to have a constituent-based selection filter similar to the "Additional Revenue Selection" to restrict the program to constituent contexts such as Constituent Smart Fields.
