add the ability to query on the date of a recurring gift adjustment in a revenue query

It is possible to get to the date via the Recurring Gift Revenue Function History section with query but there is no way within that section to output the activity type (that you see on a record) so it is impossible to match up which date goes with which change reason in the Recurring Gift Adjustment section.
