Add contituent update rules that are missing in BBIS batches

Event registration and profile update batches do not currently have a tab in their configuration for 'Constituent updates', implying that they do not follow the configured system rules and also cannot have custom rules applied on a 'per batch' basis, like other batches can.

This means that data isn't processed in the same way as other batches in CRM, e.g. if an email or phone is provided that is the same as one in the system, but of a different type, it is added to the system as a duplicate, rather than being updated.

Please add the ability to use the inbuilt contituent update rules to all BBIS batches.
