It would be useful to be able to see an error message rather than just 'Failed' when a refresh or deployment fails. That would give us something more to communicate to the support team, and may sometimes enable us to fix a problem ourselves, e.g., if the customisation file is not properly organised (doesn't have the right folders in it).
