When adding a Primary email from the Contact Information tile on a constituent page for an individual who is part of a household, the "Copy email address to household and members" option is checked by default. There is no feature when in Page Design mode that allows you to edit this option so it is unchecked by default. This feature is available on a constituent page when in Page Design mode under the Contact tab in the Email addresses section.
